A full cPanel backup can be useful during migration because it contains broad account data in a format understood by cPanel's server-level restoration tools.
However, creating the archive in cPanel does not mean the destination cPanel user can automatically restore it from the cPanel interface. Full-account restoration occurs at the WHM/server level.
For a manual migration, individual files and databases can instead be extracted and imported separately. Choose the method based on the access available at the destination and the amount of account data being moved.
