If a full account backup was generated to the Home Directory, cPanel lists the completed archive in the full-backup area when it is available for download.
- Open cPanel → Files → Backup.
- Open the full-account backup section.
- Select the completed backup filename.
- Save the archive to a location with enough free space.
- Keep the downloaded copy until you have verified that it is no longer needed.
A successful browser download also gives you an off-account copy. After verifying the downloaded file, consider removing unneeded manual backup archives from the hosting account so they do not consume quota indefinitely.
