How to Create a Full Backup with cPanel Backup Wizard Print

Backup Wizard provides a guided full-backup workflow.

  1. Open cPanel → Files → Backup Wizard.
  2. Select Back Up.
  3. Select Full Backup.
  4. Choose Home Directory or an available remote destination.
  5. Configure the completion notification.
  6. Choose Generate Backup.

If Home Directory is selected, return to the download area after the backup finishes and save a copy somewhere outside the hosting account.
