The cPanel Backup interface can download email-filter backup data, but there is an important limitation.
Current cPanel documentation states that this backup stores account-level filters from Global Email Filters. It does not store the individual mailbox-level rules created in the separate Email Filters interface.
If mailbox-specific rules are important, document or export them through whatever method the application provides rather than assuming the cPanel partial-filter backup contains every filter on the account.
