Some current cPanel full-backup screens offer an Include integration links option. cPanel warns that integration-link data can include external account credentials.
Enable this only when you understand why that data is needed in the backup. A backup that contains credentials should be handled like other sensitive authentication data: store it securely, limit who can access it, and delete unneeded copies.
If your goal is simply to keep a recoverable website/account archive, avoid including optional sensitive integration data unless it is actually required for your recovery plan.
