If enabled for the hosting account, cPanel uses Mailman to provide mailing lists. A mailing list lets one list address distribute messages to multiple subscribers.
- Open cPanel → Email → Mailing Lists.
- Enter a list name and select the domain.
- Set a strong list-administration password.
- Choose the available privacy setting.
- Create the list.
- Use Manage to open the Mailman administration interface for subscriber and list settings.
Mailing-list availability depends on the cPanel server and feature configuration. A mailing list is different from a simple forwarder because it has subscriber and list-management behavior.
