The Email Disk Usage interface shows mailbox folders, message counts, and the disk space they consume.
- Open cPanel → Email → Email Disk Usage.
- Select the email account when the account selector is available.
- Review mailbox folders and sort by disk usage or message count.
- Select Manage for a mailbox folder when you need to remove messages.
- Choose a predefined cleanup option or use a custom query only when you understand what it will delete.
Deletion is permanent: Verify the selected mailbox and criteria before removing messages. Download or preserve important mail first.
Disk-usage values can lag behind recent changes because of system caching.
