How to Create or Edit a cPanel Team User Print

When Manage Team is available:

1. Open cPanel → Preferences → Manage Team.
2. Choose Create Team User or edit an existing user.
3. Set the username and password workflow.
4. Assign only the roles/services the person needs.
5. Save the user.

Review team access when responsibilities change. Removing unnecessary permissions is safer than allowing a shared primary cPanel login for every person who needs limited access.
