How to Add a Database User and Set Privileges Print

To give an application access to a database, assign a database user to that database.

1. Open Manage My Databases.
2. In Add User To Database, select the database user and database.
3. Click Add.
4. Select the required privileges.
5. Save the changes.

A database user can have access to more than one database. When changing privileges, verify that you are modifying the intended user/database relationship.
