Open cPanel → Files → Disk Usage to review how the account is using storage. The interface summarizes usage by directories and helps identify areas consuming large amounts of disk space.
You can select listed directories to open them in File Manager. Disk Usage and File Manager can report information differently because they summarize storage in different ways and some content may exist outside the visible web directories.
Common large items include website backups, application caches, log archives, email data, uploads, and old staging copies. Verify what a file belongs to before deleting it.
