To restore a supported email-filter backup:
- Open cPanel's partial-restore workflow.
- Select the email-filter restore type.
- Choose the correct filter backup file.
- Upload it.
- Review Global Email Filters afterward to confirm the expected rules are present.
Remember that the partial backup applies to global/account-level filters, not individual mailbox filters. Check mailbox-level rules separately when troubleshooting mail behavior after a restore.
