SVCB (Service Binding) records publish information about services available for a domain. They can advertise service protocol versions, alternate targets, non-standard ports, or other service parameters.
Current cPanel Zone Editor exposes:
- Priority — lower values have higher priority; priority
0indicates alias mode for the target. - Target domain name — the target hostname.
- Service parameters — optional protocol, port, or address information.
SVCB is an advanced DNS record. Add it only when a service specifically provides the required values.
