cPanel's Connect Devices screen shows the mail-server settings generated for a specific mailbox.
- Open cPanel → Email → Email Accounts.
- Locate the mailbox.
- Select Connect Devices.
- Review the automatic configuration options and the manual settings.
Some supported applications can use an automatic configuration script. If your app is not listed, use the manual settings shown on the page.
Use the values cPanel displays
The incoming and outgoing server hostname can depend on SSL certificate status. For that reason, copy the server names shown in Connect Devices instead of assuming a hostname.
The username is normally the complete email address, and SMTP authentication normally uses the same mailbox credentials.
