How to Import and Authorize an SSH Key in cPanel Print

Existing SSH keys can be imported through SSH Access → Manage SSH Keys → Import Key.

1. Choose a key name.
2. Paste the public key and, only if intentionally storing it on the server, the private key into the appropriate fields.
3. Import the key.
4. Open the public key's Manage action.
5. Select Authorize.

If a custom key filename is used, SSH clients may need the key file to be specified explicitly when connecting.
