When a documented AI or site-creation option is missing, first determine whether the feature is expected to be available to the account.
Check the interface and available choices
- Confirm whether the account is using Meridian when the instructions require Meridian.
- Open Meridian Guided Setup or the Websites hub and review the choices actually displayed.
- Remember that cPanel states AI capability availability varies by hosting provider, enabled features, plan, licensing, and release tier.
- Nova features require the applicable server licensing and Feature Manager entries.
- Node.js appears only when enabled for the account.
- Sitejet Builder can also be enabled or disabled as a cPanel feature.
If a feature is not enabled, there may be no customer-level switch that makes it appear. Use an available website-creation method rather than attempting to reach an interface that the account does not expose.
