cPanel documents its Meridian AI capabilities as availability-dependent. A feature can be absent even when the server runs a version of cPanel that supports it.
Common availability factors
- The account may use the Jupiter theme instead of Meridian.
- The feature may be disabled in the server or package feature list.
- The hosting plan may not include the feature.
- Nova features require the applicable Nova licensing to appear in Feature Manager.
- Some capabilities may be limited by release tier or staged availability.
If an AI option is not displayed, do not assume that it has simply moved to another menu. The option may not be enabled for that account. Use the features that are visible in the account rather than following instructions for an unavailable tool.
