cPanel documents several read-only account details that the AI Assistant can use when diagnosing issues. These include supported information about:
- domains,
- disk quota,
- email accounts,
- FTP accounts,
- databases,
- SSL certificate status, and
- the AutoSSL error log.
This read-only diagnostic access is different from performing an account-changing action. Changes require the appropriate AI Assistant Actions capability and, for supported actions, user approval.
Do not assume that the assistant can see every file, application setting, database record, or server configuration. Use the information it reports as the supported cPanel account context available to that feature.
