When the cPanel AI Assistant is enabled for a Meridian account, cPanel displays a floating Ask AI button in the lower-right area of the interface.
- Sign in to cPanel using the Meridian interface.
- Open the hub or website you are working with so the assistant has the most useful interface context.
- Select Ask AI.
- Enter a question or choose a suggested prompt.
- Review the response and any proposed steps before making changes.
The assistant can explain a cPanel feature, guide a task, or help interpret supported account information. If the Ask AI control is absent, the AI Assistant feature may not be enabled for the account.
