Use Git Version Control to create an empty cPanel-managed repository or clone a remote repository.
Before creating it, choose an allowed repository path and confirm sufficient disk space. cPanel applies path restrictions and reserves certain cPanel-controlled directories.
For a remote repository, provide the supported clone URL. Large clones can take time and cPanel may temporarily show only basic repository information while the queued clone process completes.
Private remote repositories require appropriate SSH key access before the clone can succeed.
