How to Create an FTP Account in cPanel Print

If FTP service is enabled, create separate FTP accounts from cPanel → Files → FTP Accounts.

1. Enter the account's login name.
2. Select the domain.
3. Create a strong password.
4. Review the Directory field carefully; it defines the highest directory the new FTP account can access.
5. Set an available quota when needed.
6. Click Create FTP Account.

cPanel normally forms the full FTP username as an email-style value such as user@example.com. Limiting the account to the smallest required directory reduces unnecessary file access.
