How to Generate an SSL Private Key in cPanel Print

Use cPanel → Security → SSL/TLS → Private Keys (KEY) when manual key generation is required.

1. Open the private-key manager.
2. Select the desired supported key type and size where the interface provides those choices.
3. Enter a useful description.
4. Generate the key.
5. Store any required backup securely.

Do not create extra private keys without a reason. For AutoSSL-managed sites, the automated certificate workflow normally handles key provisioning.
