My WordPress site does not appear in WP Toolkit

Run Scan from WP Toolkit. If the site still is not detected, verify that the WordPress files are complete, wp-config.php exists, and the database connection works. Do not install another copy over the existing site.

WP Toolkit shows old information

Use the site's refresh/synchronization control. Use Check updates when the stale information concerns WordPress, plugin, or theme updates.

The one-click Log in button does not work

Try the normal WordPress login at /wp-admin/. If direct login works, refresh WP Toolkit's site data and review the installation log for the failed one-click operation.

An update failed

Review WP Toolkit Logs, note the exact error, verify that the website still loads, and check whether a restore point or recent backup exists before making additional changes.

WP Toolkit reports insufficient disk space

Backups, cloning, Smart Updates, restore points, and other operations may require significant temporary storage. Review disk usage and remove only files or old backups you have verified are no longer required.

The site is stuck in maintenance mode

Check the WP Toolkit Maintenance mode switch. If it is already off, inspect the WordPress root for a leftover .maintenance file from an interrupted WordPress update.

WP Toolkit reports a Security Risk

Open Security Risk / Vulnerable Components, identify the affected component, and check for a supported update. Remove unused software that is no longer needed.

I do not see Clone, Smart Updates, or hardening

These are Deluxe features on cPanel. They appear only when WP Toolkit Deluxe is enabled for the account.

I detached a site and now it is gone

Run Scan. Detaching removes a site from WP Toolkit management but does not delete the WordPress files or database.

I accidentally used Remove

Stop making unnecessary changes and check your available backups before attempting recovery. Remove is destructive; Detach is not.
