The Calendars and Contacts Sharing interface can grant another email user on the same cPanel account access to a calendar or address book.
Before sharing
The cPanel account must contain at least two email accounts, and sharing is limited to users within the same cPanel account.
- Open Calendars and Contacts Sharing from cPanel or Webmail when available.
- Select the calendar or address book to share.
- Select the email user who should receive access.
- Choose the available access rights.
- Save the sharing configuration.
Review access periodically and remove permissions that are no longer required.
