On servers that run CloudLinux and expose the CloudLinux Manager plugin, cPanel can provide Metrics → Resource Usage.
Use this interface to review account-level resource consumption and limit events. Depending on the server configuration, the information can include CPU, physical memory, entry processes, I/O, processes, and related fault history. Repeated limit events can help explain periods of slow application response or failed requests.
The interface is availability-dependent and does not appear on every cPanel server. A missing Resource Usage icon simply means the server or feature list does not expose that CloudLinux interface.
