Apache handlers tell Apache how to process selected file extensions. cPanel can associate extensions with existing handlers such as cgi-script or server-parsed.
Open cPanel → Advanced → Apache Handlers, enter an existing handler name and one or more extensions, and add the mapping.
This interface does not create custom Apache handlers; it maps extensions to handlers already available on the server. Remove only user-defined mappings you understand, because a handler change can alter how files execute or display.
